Made by the factory as an exact replica of the factory racing machines
RC 37 ( 250 ) and RCB 37 ( 350 )
Very few were made for privateer riders
Our research shows that only one or two of these bikes still exist today
350 cc overhead camshaft engine with bronze cylinder head
4 speed gearbox with positive stop gearchange
Lucas racing magneto and Amal racing carburettor
Purchased as is by the present owner 10 years ago From well known collector Geoffrey St John who
owned the bike for many years after purchasing from another specialist racing collector Norman Webb
Both of these gentlemen always owned the best of the best
The engine would have been restored by Guy Newman who worked on all of Norman Webb’s motorcycles
The bike has not been run by the present owner but with light commissioning it should be ok
A copy of the catalogue page showing this model is supplied
An extremely rare example of a pre war racing motorcycle
