The Wadkin-Snaith Brooklands Sprint Special £18,000-22,000 in the Charterhouse auction of classic and vintage motorcycles on 30^th June

A motorcycle called the Wadkin-Snaith Brooklands Sprint Special, built from scratch to look like a Brooklands Sprint motorcycle from the 1920’s, is included in the Charterhouse auction of classic & vintage motorcycles on Wednesday 30^th June at the Haynes International Motor Museum.

“It is beautifully designed, created and built by specialist engineer Carl Wadkin-Snaith.” Commented George Beale. “This 500cc machine is truly a work of art and would look well as an exhibit in any collection or museum.”

The motorcycle took over 4 years to build and was finished in 2016. No castings were used for the engine and gearbox as all components were machined from solid using non C&C machines.

The Wadkin-Snaith Brooklands Sprint Special has performed very successfully and attracted a lot of attention when it has been shown at various events where it also won many awards.

Estimated to sell for £18,000-22,000 it goes under the Charterhouse hammer at the auction being held at The Haynes International Motor Museum at Sparkford.”

Charterhouse are now accepting entries for specialist auction of classic and vintage motorcycles on Wednesday 30^th June.
