Home Visits

Free home visits are offered for larger items or collections for sale, or for those who find leaving the house more difficult, or who require greater privacy.

House Clearance

If you are dealing with an estate and need contents cleared so that a property can be marketed by your agents we can arrange this service for you. We have excellent relations with all local solicitors and estate agents, and can advise you which items we would be able to sell for you, clearing the residual items, leaving the house clean for prospective buyers. Please call to make an appointment, so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.

Inheritance Tax and Probate Valuation Service

Insurance Valuations

We offer written insurance valuations for valuable items. This is offered at a competitive hourly rate, rather than a rate based as a percentage of the item’s value, as we feel this offers you greater value for money on your higher value items.
