Garage Stored Bikes Worth £80,000

A collection of classic motorbikes discovered in a Southampton double garage are estimated at £50,000- 80,000 in the Charterhouse auction of classic motorcycles on 7th March at the Haynes Motor Museum.

“The owner had sadly passed away recently.” Commented George Beale. “We were instructed by the executors to firstly value the collection and then arrange for their sale.”

There are over 15 bikes in the Charterhouse auction from Southampton, and most are partially dismantled. Stars of the collection a rare 1972 MV Agusta 750GT £15,000-20,000 and a 1951 Vincent Comet £6,000-8,000 along with Ducati’s, Laverda’s, BMW’s and British bikes, all of which are being sold without reserves.

In addition to the bikes, there are also several engines and assorted bike spares.

Charterhouse are now accepting further entries for this auction of classic & vintage motorcycles on 7th March, classic cars on 27th March and their specialist auction of Automobilia on 3rd April.
